Harry founded Management Recruiters of Lake
Forest in May of 1994 because of his enjoyment
of the "matchmaking game" of finding
the right person for the right company.
Having spent the prior 25+ years in the
medical device industry as President, General
Manager, VP, etc. with 5 major companies,
he believed that the recruiting industry
could use a touch of professionalism, ethics
and honesty. He has a wealth of industry
experience, clearly understands the recruiting
process, has always been a good judge of
character and possesses a passion for the
business. His focus is in middle to executive
level management and performs both retain
and contingency searches. His track record
of success has exceeded $4 million in placements,
is a member of the MRI Corporate Gold Club
and President's Club. His concentration
is in Regulatory, Quality and Operations.
